Keely is a Masters Degree prepared Registered Nurse with over 17 years in the aesthetics industry. During that time she continued her education with the latest techniques in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Keely’s experience includes advanced training in injectables, K chemical peels, and microneedling. She is also trained in patient education and safety protocols. She also has a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and structure to ensure safe and natural results. Keely appreciates, collaborating with clients to meet their goals. She hopes that clients feel completely comfortable and informed. She has a passion for helping others feel their best and loves to create customized treatment plans that are tailored to each individual client. Aesthetics is continuing to evolve and Keely is committed to bringing the best possible result with evidence-based practice.
Kayla Smith
Kayla brings to Urban Dragonfly Aesthetics, six years of nursing experience. She joins us with a diverse background in pediatric emergency and critical care along with adult emergency care as well. Her personal experience with cosmetic medicine propelled her to pursue a career in aesthetics and join our team. Kayla has a fiery passion for cosmetic procedures and individual wellness, and continues to emerge herself in evidence-based practices for the utmost natural outcomes giving clients the confidence to love their skin!

Keely Brown
Keely Brown MSN, BSN, RN, CCRN has been a nurse for 25 years. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 1997. She went on to work in the hospital setting, primarily in Critical Care. Including Cardiac ICU, Neuro ICU, and trauma. She continued her educational pursuits at California State University Dominquez Hills, where she obtained her Masters Degree in Nursing Education (2016). Keely then went on to teach Critical care at California State University Channel Islands. She moved to Chattanooga prior to the pandemic, from Southern California. Keely worked in the covid ICU at a local Chattanooga hospital and traveled to a covid hot spot to help provide services.
Keely was certified in aesthetics for injectables in 2006. She worked in the aesthetics industry until 2018. During that time has taken many courses and programs in aesthetics. From weekend seminars on skin care, to most recently, an advanced technique course for neuromodulators and fillers. Continuing to further her skills and knowledge of aesthetics is paramount for Keely.
Keely takes her role as a caregiver to heart. She appreciates, collaborating with clients to meet their goals. She hopes that clients feel completely comfortable and informed. Aesthetics and well care is continuing to evolve and Keely is committed to bringing the best possible result with evidenced-based practices.
